The popular Danish designer, Gunnar Flørning, who is world-renowned for giving life to wood, has designed The Lion. Gunnar Flørning’s zodiac sign is The Lion and therefore he has always formulated that he has been closely associated with this magnificent animal. The Lion is from 1958 and was produced in the 50s and 60s at a workshop at Svanevej in Copenhagen. The Lion has been relaunched in 2021 with respect for the original design from the 50s.
The lion is processed in oak with maple cheeks. The mane consists of brushes. The lion is 18 cm tall.
