The popular Danish designer Gunnar Flørning, who is known around the world for bringing life to wood, has designed the Horned Owl. The Horned Owl is from 1959 and is a true design classic. Gunnar Flørning’s daughters remember the Horned Owl coming to life when their father sketched many, many circles on white paper. The Horned Owl is relaunched in 2020 with respect for the original design from the 1950s.
The Horned Owl is made from oak and the eyes, beak and ears are maple. The Horned Owl is available in two sizes: 6 cm and 12 cm.
