The popular Danish designer Gunnar Flørning, who is known around the world for bringing life to wood, has designed the Dog. The Dog is from 1957 and is a true classic design from the 1950s. Gunnar Flørning and his wife, Inge Flørning, loved dogs and the idea for the Dog came from a puppy with large, loving puppy-dog eyes. The Dog has been relaunched in 2020 with respect for the original design from the 1950s.
The Dog is made from oak and the paws, snout and ears are maple. The Dog is available in three sizes: 10.5 cm, 17 cm and 24 cm.
