As a tribute to the Nordic Viking mythology, Gunnar Flørning designed a wooden figure in 1962. The design exudes a courtesy in the form of round shapes even though the Viking is ready for battle. The Viking was sold in large numbers and is a true classic in design from the 1960s. The Viking has been relaunched in 2021 with respect for the original design from the 1960s.
The Viking is made of oak with a head of maple and the hair is a natural material. The Viking is 18 cm tall.
